They tried to explain it was the last people fault that stayed there but that they changed the the sheets and cleaned the room. They gave us another room. From the bathroom it had a leak of water behind the toilet and the water never got hot or warm.
H	Holly Would on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a pretty good area, it's more of an area for "partying" or the nightlife it's just off the main street but not right on it so it's somewhat quieter but the area is full of bars, clubs, and restaurants and right behind a convenience store so you can walk everywhere the room was very clean and well kept and all of the staff is very very accommodating, kind, and professional. Id highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this part of town.

The walls dont really absorb sound though so if they have anything going on you get to hear it all. But the staff was nice and it was super cheap

S	Saints Mama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms was clean! I xtremely cold which I loved! Managers was super friendly and very accommodating! Only thing is there was a moth the size of a bat in the bathroom which we chased out, thank god it didn’t take much to get rid of. But over all I loved it!

The rooms are super clean and the staff is AMAZING!!! 24 hour security makes you feel exceptionally safe!! Right off Calle’ 13 where the fun is but super quite!! Can’t say enough good things about Hotel Alexander!!
