★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basura de Hotel... es una vergüenza qué exista un Hotel así en el centro de la capital del Estado de México!!! La publicidad es sumamente engañosa. Sus fotografía del Maps y de la página del hotel está sumamente bien tomadas para engañar a las personas y hasta que llegas ahí te das cuenta de lo chafa qué es el Hotel!!! Es caro, muy pequeño, accesorios de baño insuficientes, colchón muy duro y las toallas es lo mejor... solo vean la imagen que anexo!!!
Y las Toallas también tienen 120 años verdad por eso se están deshilachando!!! ???
 Hotel rubbish ... it is a shame that such a Hotel exists in the center of the capital of the State of Mexico !!! Advertising is extremely misleading. His photographs of the Maps and the hotel page are extremely well taken to deceive people and until you get there you realize how shabby the Hotel is !!! It is expensive, very small, insufficient bathroom accessories, very hard mattress and the towels are the best ... just see the attached image !!!
And the towels are also 120 years old, that's why they are fraying !!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta limpio, su ubicación es discreta, sin embargo considero que por el costo se pueden encontrar lugares mucho más amplios, bonitos y con mejor servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a hacer un trámite a Toluca y decidimos investigar desde antes en dónde nos podíamos hospedar y encontramos este hotel como opción porque en las imágenes se veía muy bien todo, sin embargo al llegar y ver la habitación fue toda una decepción. La habitación es muy pequeña y eso que se pago la premium, el baño igual de pequeño y el agua caliente nunca quiso salir bien y ni que decir de las toallas estaban horribles todas rotas, la tv igual mal, la recepcionista pésima atención, el ruido del exterior todo el tiempo por lo endeble de las habitaciones. Todo muy mal de verdad con este hotel, desgraciadamente nos dejamos llevar por las fotos que subieron en internet y nada que ver con lo que anuncian. Pésimo no regresaría otra vez.
I came to Toluca to do some paperwork and we decided to investigate beforehand where we could stay and we found this hotel as an option because in the images everything looked very good, however when we arrived and saw the room it was a complete disappointment. The room is very small and that is why the premium was paid, the bathroom was just as small and the hot water never wanted to go well and needless to say the towels were horrible, all broken, the TV was just as bad, the receptionist was terrible, the noise from outside all the time because of the flimsy rooms. Everything really bad with this hotel, unfortunately we got carried away by the photos that went up on the internet and nothing to do with what they advertise. Terrible would not return again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno , la atención por parte de las recepcionistas tanto de la mañana como la de la noche muy amables y siempre pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar.
Es un hotel para pasar la noche con lo básico pero limpio a mi me pareció muy cómodo.
El lugar es céntrico.
The service is very good, the attention from the receptionists both in the morning and at night very friendly and always attentive to what we might need.
It is a hotel to spend the night with the basic but clean I found it very comfortable.
The place is central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está escondido, bueno para parejas que quieren privacidad. Al entrar te atienden rápido y sin preguntas. Depende del cuarto que escojas (Estándar/Premium) solo hay una diferencia de $10 y los cuartos y baños son pequeños. Falta un poco más de limpieza. No entregan ticket ni boucher.
The place is hidden, good for couples who want privacy. Upon entering you are served quickly and without questions. It depends on the room you choose (Standard / Premium) there is only a difference of $ 10 and the rooms and bathrooms are small. A little more cleaning is missing. They do not deliver a ticket or boucher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestiones del lugar todo muy bien. El único detalle es la recepcionista (gordita, chaparra, pelo corto) del día Viernes 4 de Febrero, a las 8:30 pm. Muy mal encarada y no nos quería proporcionar la habitación ya que era un día muy ocupado. Los días anteriores ya nos habíamos hospedado ya que somos artesanos y de vez en cuando venimos a trabajar aquí a Toluca. Y solo ella se a portado de esta manera. Las de mas recepcionistas sin ningún problema te atienden de buena manera y te brindan la atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones están muy limpias a pesar de que están muy pequeñas, la puerta del baño de mi habitación estaba trabada y no cerraba bien. La ubicación también es muy buena; sin embargo, a las dos recepcionistas deberían darles una capacitación acerca de servicio y atención al cliente, porque no son nada atentas y mucho menos amable. Se nota que no les gusta su trabajo, además no me quisieron entregar bien mi cambio completo.
Un último punto es que el internet de la habitación 13 no sirve no acepta la contraseña.
The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean even though they are very small, the bathroom door in my room was stuck and did not close properly. The location is also very good; however, the two receptionists should be given training on service and customer care, because they are not attentive at all and much less friendly. It is obvious that they do not like their work, and they also did not want to give me my full change.
One last point is that the internet in room 13 does not work, it does not accept the password.
