★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atencion, cuando llegue al hotel fue porque me lo recomendaron, pero la atencion por parte de un chico llamado "Abraham" deja mucho que desear, primero me dijo que no habia habitacion que ya estaba ocupado todo, despues me dijo que habia una pero que no le servia la TV y le dije que no habia problema, despues me dijo que si habia una con todos los servicios pero no era verdad, ahi donde me dijo no llegaba la señal de internet, me reacomodaron donde no servia la TV, a mi no me importo, solo que al dia siguiente este tipo "Abraham no me realizo la factura porque dijo que el que las hacia llegaba a las 8:00 p.m. y no le vi buena actitud, enseguida le dije que ya me habia pasado que en varias ocasiones me habian dicho que si me enviaban la factura pero el me aseguro que si la enviarian, le pedi un telefono al cual hablar y me dio una tarjeta en la cual el numero de telefono se encuentra fuera de servicio, este tipo se burlo de mi y nunca me envio la factura, se la solicite via correo pero igual me ignoraron. Que pena que por tipos como el uno tenga que quejarse, el hotel no es la gran cosa, pero la atencion es pesima. no lo recomiendo si necesitas factura, mejor ve al Hotel La Finca donde la atencion ahi es de 1er. nivel.
Very bad attention, when I arrived at the hotel was because they recommended it, but the attention from a guy named "Abraham" leaves much to be desired, first he told me that there was no room that was already occupied, then he told me that there was a but he did not serve the TV and I told him there was no problem, then he told me that if there was one with all the services but it was not true, there where he told me the internet signal did not arrive, they re-arranged me where the TV was not, I do not care, just that the next day this guy "Abraham did not make the bill because he said that the one who arrived at 8:00 p.m. and I did not see a good attitude, I told him that it had happened to me On several occasions they had told me that if they sent me the bill but he assured me that if they sent it, I asked for a phone to talk to and he gave me a card in which the phone number is out of order, this guy made fun of me and never sent me the invoice, I requested it via co but they ignored me anyway. Too bad that for guys like you have to complain, the hotel is not the big deal, but the attention is bad. I do not recommend it if you need an invoice, better go to Hotel La Finca where the attention there is 1st. level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una habitación que no servia el clima y al parecer el encargado ya lo sabía y les fui avisar y el muchacho me dijo darian mantenimiento al clima despues. No me ofrecio otra habitación, ni cuando menos un ventilador o mínimo una rebaja por no dar el servicio completo.
They gave me a room that didn't serve the weather and apparently the manager already knew it and I let them know and the boy told me they would maintain the weather later. He did not offer me another room, not least a fan or at least a discount for not giving the full service.
