★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para llegar a descansar y asearse, buen precio para lo que ofrece ($650 sencilla + deposito) en comparación con los hoteles cercanos que rondan los $1700.
Tiene agua caliente y clima, no tiene calefacción ni wifi, no hay cobijas a la mano no se si se pidan en recepción, se deja depósito de $100 y entregas toallas y control en el check out
Good place to get to rest and clean up, good price for what it offers ($650 single + deposit) compared to nearby hotels that are around $1700.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, la que hace el aseo en las habitaciones pésimo dejo la basura ahí dos días , la de la recepción se le pido un favor ya q venimos de Veracruz y le dijimos si podía esperar a q se hiciera un poco más tarde por q mi vuelo salía a las 20:30 , se le pagaba algo por unas horas en fin . Muy pésimo servicio
Very bad experience, the one who does the cleaning in the rooms lousy left the garbage there for two days, the one at the reception asked her for a favor since we come from Veracruz and we asked her if she could wait until it was done a little later because my flight left at 20:30, he was paid something for a few hours anyway. very lousy service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a foreigner visiting Monterrey a few times, during my trips I stayed at this location twice at different times of the year and I paid 350 MXN per night. If you want to stay somewhere better, you can spend the money to stay at one of the other hotels nearby, but for the price and getting a night or two of sleep this is a good hotel. There is WiFi but sometimes it's difficult to connect to it because of where the routers are located, so the WiFi signal strength depends on where your room is located in the hotel. The WiFi works best in the front reception. They accept foreign credit cards and cash. The location is very convenient and it's nearby many popular stores, restaurants, and metro stations. You can buy toiletries and other basic products at the front desk. You may need to leave a deposit for the remote control. You can leave a personal or rented vehicle without any problems at this location inside the hotel, so it's more secure than some other hotels. The hotel could use some improvements in the bedrooms.
