K	Ketzi García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó el hotel, es sencillo pero cumple su función, tiene muchísimas albercas y la vista es hermosa, yo fui a una boda y me quedó a dos minutos del salón CAMINANDO jajaja, eso fue lo mejor. La atención de TODO el personal fue excelente, preocupados siempre por el huésped y que su estadía sea la mejor desde el momento 1 que llegas. Lo que me dejó a desear: No tenían cambio, siempre andaban buscando cambio porque jamás tenían. No me pude meter a las albercas porque el agua estaba muy fría a pesar de que hacía calor seguía estando muy fría. I liked the hotel, it is simple but it fulfills its function, it has many swimming pools and the view is beautiful, I went to a wedding and it was two minutes from the hall WALKING hahaha, that was the best. The attention of ALL the staff was excellent, always concerned about the guest and that their stay is the best from the moment you arrive. What left me wanting: They had no change, they were always looking for change because they never had. I couldn't get into the pools because the water was very cold, even though it was hot, it was still very cold.
M	Moisés Cobián on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendable quedarse en este hotel, las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado y se vuelve una tortura dormir en la noche por el fuerte calor que hace, la cama muy dura y con los resortes salidos, no hay servicio de alimentos más que sábado y domingos, con una atención con mucho que desear. Los productos de higiene personal son de moteles de paso, así como el papel higiénico. Las albercas descuidadas y un poco turbias, por el costo del hotel esperaba al menso tener lo básico de un hotel 2 estrellas, pero ni eso. Si piensas quedarte aquí, NO lo hagas!!! It is not recommended to stay in this hotel, the rooms do not have air conditioning and it becomes torture to sleep at night due to the strong heat, the bed is very hard and with the springs out, there is no food service except on Saturdays and Sundays , with attention with much to be desired. Personal hygiene products are from passing motels, as well as toilet paper. The pools are neglected and a bit murky, for the cost of the hotel I expected at least to have the basics of a 2-star hotel, but not even that. If you plan to stay here, DO NOT!!!
