★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are really awesome rustic chic lets say that, good sized rooms, pretty clean, would be a 5 star if the social club stay open a lil longer they close at midnight, be aware no outside alcohol drinks are allowed, don't even to wait for your friends at the lobby they shoo you outside to wait or finish your drink!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation in this hotel for my vacation and it ended up being the worst decision. I had reserved to 2 days and 2 nights but that was not the case. The first day was great but then came the second day and they asked me and my fiance to leave since they couldn't guarantee us a room. After talking with them and getting no straight answer we decided to leave but asked for a refund to what they responded with "we don't give refunds". Frustrated with that we had to leave real de catorce before time and ended up in Matehuala. I don't recommend this at hotel at all! Worst decision ever! Don't wish this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I went to this establishment and were promised and guaranteed 2 days AND 2 nights! This didn’t happen! On top of what we had already paid, they wanted us to pay an additional amount of money to stay the night. They wouldn’t refund us and essentially, they kicked us out because we wouldn’t pay more to stay somewhere we had already paid to stay! To say we are upset is an understatement. We will never stay here again and we will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Our trip was now cut short and ruined due to this. Definitely do not recommend. Stay anywhere but here!
