J	Jose Ángel Andrés García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar medio acogedor pero se me hizo un poco caro para lo que ofrece ,la cama es incómoda el televisor muy pequeño y la señal es pésima igual que la del wifi, el personal es atento y el lugar es limpio pero no pasaría más de un par de noches ( más que nada por el dolor de espalda por la cama incómoda) It is a cozy place but it was a little expensive for what it offers, the bed is uncomfortable, the TV is very small and the signal is terrible as the wifi, the staff is attentive and the place is clean but it would not be more than a couple of nights (mostly because of the back pain from the uncomfortable bed)
E	EFRAÍN PÉREZ MARTÍNEZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suelo no quejarme de los hoteles, pero de este hago una excepción, soy viajero frecuente, hoy 15 de Agosto llevo hospedado dos noches, regrese en la tarde a descansar y me preguntaron que si volveria a salir, porque la dueña iba a regresar en un par de horas e iba a cerrar al hotel, se supone que es hotel, debería estar abierto en un horario amplio, eran las 3 pm cuando me preguntaron, tuve que salirme del hotel porque no podía quedarme encerrado, lamentablemente solo hay dos hoteles en el municipio y El Hotel Ana es el más cercano, ahora tengo que esperar a que llegue la dueña para que vuelva a abrir su hotel. Tuve que levantar una queja ante Profeco. I usually do not complain about the hotels, but I make an exception, I am a frequent traveler, today August 15 I have been staying two nights, I returned in the afternoon to rest and they asked me if I would leave again, because the owner was going to return in a couple of hours and I was going to close the hotel, it is supposed to be hotel, it should be open in a long time, it was 3 pm when they asked me, I had to leave the hotel because I could not stay locked, unfortunately there are only two hotels in the municipality and Hotel Ana is the closest, now I have to wait for the owner to arrive to reopen her hotel. I had to file a complaint with Profeco.
A	Alfredo Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi tambien la primera y unica vez que me hospede me dejaron encerrado, que por que segun el encargado hiba hacer unas cosas, como es posible que en un hotel ocurra este tipo de situaciones pesimo servicio, no se los recomiendo por nada del mundo.
