★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficiente en todos los aspectos; no había electricidad en la madrugada, no había agua caliente(justificaron que solo hay calentador solar), puerta sin seguro adicional, paredes con pintura botada por la humedad, lavabo tapado, retrete sin tapa y jajajaaja las llaves de agua están identificadas con pulmón de aceite en el azulejo, ahh y la cortina de baño tenía manchas.
Poor in all aspects; there was no electricity at dawn, there was no hot water (they justified that there is only solar heater), door without additional insurance, walls with paint dumped by moisture, covered sink, toilet without lid and lol the water keys are identified with lung of Oil on the tile, ahh and the shower curtain had stains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El "hotel" es más bien una posada donde abren cuando quieren y cierran cuando se les da la gana... Las condiciones del hotel son horribles la taza del baño estaba rota y se movía, el baño queda todo mojado porque no cuentan con cortinas para la regadera. Cuidado con la mesa de azulejo se cae muy fácilmente, si la tiras te querrán cobrar $1500 aunque la mesa este fabricada con el mismo azulejo del pasillo del segundo piso, las condiciones de la recepción son muy malas, las recepcionistas y la señora son muy amables pero el señor que atiende es muy grosero y mal educado, si se te pierde algún artículo de valor dentro de tu habitación EL HOTEL NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE. Lo único bueno que tiene el "hotel" es la ubicación, por lo demás es un muy malo no lo recomiendo.
The "hotel" is rather an inn where they open when they want and close when they feel like it ... The hotel conditions are horrible the toilet was broken and moved, the bathroom is all wet because they do not have curtains for the shower. Beware the tile table falls very easily, if the strips will want to charge $ 1500 even if the table is made with the same tile of the second floor hallway, the reception conditions are very bad, the receptionists and the lady are very kind but the man who attends is very rude and ill-mannered, if you lose an item of value inside your room THE HOTEL DOES NOT MAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. The only good thing about the "hotel" is the location, otherwise it is a very bad one I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparto la opinión de que es caro a comparación de lo que ofrecen otros lugares. El hospedaje es de $500 por noche,vence a las 12 del medio día igualmente te piden un depósito de $100 por uso de control para la TV. El Wifi no llega muy bien hasta las habitaciones del primer piso.
Lo que me gusto fue que la recepcionista se porto muy amable y accedió a guardarnos nuestras cosas aún cuando entregamos la habitación, ya que fuimos a Tula y regresamos a las 4:00pm por ellas.

What I liked was that the receptionist was very friendly and agreed to keep our things even when we delivered the room, since we went to Tula and returned at 4:00 pm for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La extensión es muy mala y las habitaciones están algo sucias, con decir que la regadera se caía y las paredes del baño estaban repletas de húmedas al igual que las paredes de la habitación están algo sucias, siendo sincero no lo recomiendo, lo recomendaría si es lo único que hay y ya solo queires descansar
