★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble hotel 4 estrellas. La atención es inmejorable, los trabajadores del hotel son amables, atentos y muy, muy serviciales. Están pendientes a cualquier necesidad que tengas o comentario. Las habitaciones limpias, nos quedamos 3 noches y de verdad que la limpieza a la habitación no pudo ser mejor. El restaurante del hotel 10/10 comida muy rica y de la región (me gusta todo lo que lleva chapulín). Recomiendo la estancia.
 Incredible 4 star hotel. The attention is unbeatable, the hotel workers are friendly, attentive and very, very helpful. They are pending any need you have or comment. The rooms are clean, we stayed 3 nights and the cleanliness of the room could not have been better. The hotel restaurant 10/10 very tasty food from the region (I like everything that has chapulín). I recommend the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very nice and they had a beautiful collection of antiques that made it a pleasure to just walk around the hotel and admire them. The customer service reps, waiters, and even the security guy made us feel welcome and safe.
I probably would have liked a location closer to downtown, but the drive from the hotel to most places was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service was really good, everything was clean, and the receptionists was very helpful. My only complain would be the restaurant services, it’s really slow and they need another waiter to help out and the shower water isn’t warm in the morning.
