★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is sometimes a problem because is pretty far from the zócalo, sometimes the rooms are not cleaned enough, the prices are according to what it is offered; the restaurant is cheap with delicious food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was really great. Taste was nice and local. Love the service. Hotel is well located in historical center. Metrobus is very near and historical sites are near too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old section of the hotel is REALLY OLD, and not in a good way. Worn rugs, mattresses haven't been changed in decades and I literally wouldn't have let my dog sleep on the comforter on the bed, which i removed immediately.
That being said, the sheets were clean and do was the bathroom, but EVERYTHING is in dire need of renovating! The towels are probably from the 80s! However, if you're tired on noisy hostels, this is actually a quiet, cost effective alternative. The food in the restaurant is good too. I'll probably stay again, but I'll pay a little extra for the newer section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not fancy but you will get decent bedding and a shower. It's not a motel, it's family friendly. Close to downtown in Mexico. Can't beat the price. If you are not a local I would advice you take uber to and from the hotel. It's right on the borderline of a crappy hood and downtown. I'm the day time it's all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a place with solitude, this is a value place. Wi-Fi signal is good. Overall good for the price. Paid less than $19 per night for a double bed room. Will consider again if visiting Mexico City alone or with company.
