★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bonito el hotel el servicio es bueno, la gente es amable y muy servicial, pero nunca funcionó bien el aire acondicionado de la habitación, por eso le doy tres estrellas, claro hay mejores habitaciones que la que me tocó a mi, y es un bonito hotel, esta cerca del río, la verdad es un lugar muy agradable.
This nice hotel the service is good, the people are friendly and very helpful, but the air conditioning of the room never worked well, that's why I give it three stars, of course there are better rooms than the one that touched me, and it is a Nice hotel, it is near the river, the truth is a very nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salimos de ahí con picaduras de chinches!!! Además de pésimo servicio, llamamos 3 veces para corroborar la reservación y cuando llegamos no tenían las habitaciones reservadas. Nos cobraron más porque por error de turno no lo notificaron y ya no tenían las habitaciones, no respetaron el costo. No lo recomiendo para nada.
We walked out of there with bed bug bites!!! In addition to lousy service, we called 3 times to confirm the reservation and when we arrived they did not have the rooms reserved. They charged us more because they didn't notify us due to a shift error and they no longer had the rooms, they didn't respect the cost. I don't recommend it at all.
