★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente necesitan mejorar mucho mala experiencia muy mala, las camas super duras, el aire no enfrió, olía a drenaje y humedad. Lastimosamente muy mal no lo recomiendo.
Honestly they need to improve a lot, very bad bad experience, super hard beds, the air did not cool, it smelled like drainage and humidity. Unfortunately very bad I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio economico, ofrecen desayuno gratis el cual antes era un poco mejor, y los colchones estan super duros jajaja pero aún así cumple, esta limpio y cuando vas por negocio lo que ocupas es no gastar tanto $$$.
An economical service, they offer free breakfast which was a little better before, and the mattresses are super hard hahaha but it still works, it's clean and when you go for business what you need is not to spend so much $$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel con buena ubicación,tiene alberquita pero está helada aún el agua,la regadera de la ducha el chorro sale disparado hacia la pared un poco difícil acomodarse para bañarse jejeje,el desayuno continental lo incluye ya en el precio es de 7_10 am está aceptable.
Hotel with a good location, it has a small pool but the water is still cold, the shower head the jet shoots towards the wall a little difficult to settle down to bathe hehehe, the continental breakfast is already included in the price it is from 7_10 am it is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones del último piso (7) son nuevas, tienen una vista muy bonita y en general estaba bien, lo que no me encantó fue el desayuno tipo "bufete" no tenía gran variedad y el sabor estaba equis, el control remoto de la televisión no servía pero de ahí en fuera bien
The rooms on the top floor (7) are new, they have a very nice view and in general it was good, what I did not love was the "buffet" breakfast, it did not have a great variety and the taste was x, the remote control of the television it didn't work but from then on it was fine

El elevador truena por falta de mantenimiento o termino de su ciclo de vida.
Si lo tienen como opcion mejor descartenlo....
Terrible service in general.

If you have it as an option, better discard it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación porque está en el centro histórico de Guadalajara. sin embargo, al hablar de las habitaciones éstas son pequeñas, austeras aunque tienen buen aire acondicionado, cuentan con lo básico; pero uno de los detalles que me disgustó fue que necesitas dejar en depósito 200$ para que te permitan usar el control remoto de la televisión de la habitación, y la ducha, aunque cuenta con agua caliente, no tiene un sistema eficiente de mono mando para cerrar la llave sin tener que girar toda la manija y sentir el agua helada. Finalmente, la alberca no funcionaba, según estaba en mantenimiento, así que no hay una opinión.
Excellent location because it is in the historic center of Guadalajara. however, when talking about the rooms, they are small, austere, although they have good air conditioning, they have the basics; but one of the details that annoyed me was that you need to leave a deposit of $200 to be allowed to use the remote control of the television in the room, and the shower, although it has hot water, does not have an efficient mono-control system for turn off the faucet without having to turn the entire handle and feel the cold water. Finally, the pool did not work, as it was under maintenance, so there is no opinion.
