G	G V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala impresión llegamos casi a media noche y el recepcionista no estaba el vigilante trataba de comunicarse con el recepcionista y el no contestaba,luego contesto y le dijo al vigilante q nos diera una habitación y ya disponíamos a entrar cuando abrió la puerta sorpresa estaba ocupada, hicimos de 15 a 20 min y no bajo según andaba en una fiesta en la azotea festejando su cumpleaños y cuando bajo se notaba q ya estába bebiendo desde luego no nos quedamos ni privacidad ni seriedad en ese lugar. Very bad impression we arrived almost at midnight and the receptionist was not there the security guard tried to communicate with the receptionist and he did not answer, then he answered and told the security guard to give us a room and we were ready to enter when he opened the door surprise was occupied We spent 15 to 20 minutes and I didn't come down as he was at a rooftop party celebrating his birthday and when he came down you could tell that he was already drinking, of course we didn't have any privacy or seriousness in that place.
J	Julia Wildenauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war bis ca 2h sehr laut.Fenster im Zimmer zum Gang war auch nicht hilfreich.Es wurde bei der Rezeption bekanntgegeben das die Abreise um 5h in der Früh erfolgt und ob sie uns ein Frühstückspavkage herrichten können.das wurde bestätigt aber es war natürlich nichts hergerichtet.schade.pool war dafür sehr nett It was very loud until about 2 o'clock. The window in the room facing the corridor wasn't helpful either. It was announced at the reception that the departure was at 5 o'clock in the morning and whether they could prepare a breakfast pavkage for us. That was confirmed, but of course it was nothing prepared.schade.pool was very nice for that

Rooftop pool taken over by noisy, disrespectful teenagers. Over priced at USD 64 per night. Staff were helpful, basic breakfast included. OK for one night if arriving in or leaving Cancun. Not comfortable for longer.
