★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal sus nuevas condiciones petfriendly, más cuando en la zona todos los hoteles lo son y sin esos costos extra de más del 50%.
Deben fumigar el lugar, no sólo con raid.
Deben estar comprometidos con fumigar para evitar dengue.
La habitación 19 le falta mantenimiento en las cortinas y cojines. La habitación 14 no servía el clima.
Llevo muchos años eligiendo este hotel pero desde antes de semana santa donde hubo un problema con el clima de la habitación y ahorita me vuelven a quedar mal.
Ojalá retomen lo que eran.
Tampoco está bien que su restaurante no ofrezca opciones para desayuno y cena, el menú está bien para comida, pero no para desayunar y cenar lo mismo, no tienen antojitos, plátanos, huevos etc las opciones de esa zona. Además no hay opciones para niños ni mascotas, si quieren cobrar como un hotel de lujo deben serlo primero.

They must fumigate the place, not just with raid.

Room 19 lacks maintenance on curtains and cushions. Room 14 was not serving the weather.
I have been choosing this hotel for many years but since before Easter where there was a problem with the room's climate and right now they look bad again.
I hope they return to what they were.
Nor is it good that your restaurant does not offer options for breakfast and dinner, the menu is good for food, but not for breakfast and dinner the same, they do not have appetizers, bananas, eggs, etc. the options in that area. Also there are no options for children or pets, if they want to charge like a luxury hotel they must be it first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservamos en este lugar y desde que llegamos esta horrible al entrar no está limpio no hay buena imagen ,algunas fotos están falsas ya que no es nada como lo ponen en la foto ...las habitaciones sucias ,con telarañas ,con pelos en las almohadas el baño un ascaco ..en serio no vayan esta horrible ,abandonado la cocina es un asco te imaginas que comes ahí? No una decepción . No me rembolsaron nada y solo me quedé 20minutos .HORRIBLEEE
We booked in this place and since we arrived this horrible when entering it is not clean there is no good image, some photos are false since it is nothing as they put it in the photo ... dirty rooms, with cobwebs, with hair on the pillows the bathroom is disgusting .. seriously don't go this horrible, abandoned kitchen is disgusting. Can you imagine eating there? Not a disappointment. They didn't reimburse me for anything and I only stayed for 20 minutes .HORRIBLEEE

Very private and luxurious, but you definitely have to understand that after a hurricane the views are not so pleasant. But the place with a good climate is totally an option to have a smooth time ...

The food hurt us, the rooms were super old, ugly and without light in it. Bath. Lousy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están bien pero por los precios que tienen podrían ofrecer algo mejor. Hay hoteles en la zona a mucho mejor precio con mejores instalaciones.
Algunas habitaciones estaban muy sucias y tenian cucarachas.
Dicen que son petfriendly pero te cobran 500 pesos por mascota, lo que se me hace una exageración.
La playa está un poco lejos y a la alberca la deberian limpiar más seguido.
Con esos precios la verdad me voy a otro hotel más limpio y bonito
The rooms are good but for the prices they have they could offer something better. There are hotels in the area at a much better price with better facilities.
Some rooms were very dirty and had roaches.
They say they are petfriendly but they charge you 500 pesos per pet, which is an exaggeration.
The beach is a bit far and the pool should be cleaned more often.
With those prices I'm going to a cleaner and more beautiful hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar para descansar, con lo necesario para pasar un buen dia. Con acceso a la playa, alberca para niños y grandes. Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario.
El restaurante no es tan accesible en costo si es que vas con la familia, pero te dan la opción de llevar tus alimentos.
Nice place to rest, with what is necessary to spend a good day. With access to the beach, pool for children and adults. The rooms have what is necessary.
The restaurant is not as affordable in cost if you go with the family, but they give you the option to bring your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is one of the hotels I stayed on the Costa Esmeralda. And it is one of the worst I stayed in the country.
First, it is over 1500$, which is expensive for the type of hotel. But mostly the pictures of the hotel online are very good and in the reality it is horrible.
- The rooms are humid and dirty
- The Road is right behind the rooms so they are awfully noisy with trucks all night that shake the entire building
- The beach is disgusting
- The trash of the hotel is full so it goes beyond it on the ground...
- The breakfast lasts only for an hour so everyone goes at the same time, it is crowded, noisy, and not good.
- The areas, inside and outside, are not clean, not well maintained
