K	Karla de la Torre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan reservaciones. Habitaciones sucias, con infestación de mosquitos, NO PROPORCIONAN PAPEL DE BAÑO ni toallas. Y NO permiten que sus huéspedes consuman alimentos que no sean comprados al hotel. Muy, muy mal. They don't honor reservations. Dirty rooms, with mosquito infestation, DO NOT PROVIDE TOILET PAPER or towels. And they DO NOT allow their guests to consume food that is not purchased from the hotel. Very very bad.
F	Fernanda Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 5 estrellas al restaurante 'El almendro' (no me hospedé en el hotel en sí) , riquísimo todo y un servicio de primera por parte de todos y cada uno de los meseros y demás personal, frente al mar, muy relajante la verdad muy buena experiencia y sobre todo que aceptan tarjeta! Nos encantó y volvimos varias veces en nuestra estancia por Puerto Arista I give 5 stars to the restaurant 'El almendro' (I did not stay at the hotel itself), everything is delicious and a first class service from each and every one of the waiters and other staff, facing the sea, very relaxing indeed very good experience and especially that they accept card! We loved it and returned several times during our stay in Puerto Arista
A	Angel Vilchis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo caro para las instalaciones que ofrecen, la noche salió en más de $2 mil pesos y Básicamente lo que se cobra es la ubicación, fuera de ello los cuartos son bastante austeros y pequeños, la alberca de igual manera pequeña y fría. El restaurante dentro del hotel ofrece platillos de calidad media y a un costo alto, lo único rescatable desde luego es la playa Que está justo frente al hotel y el bar. El bar es atendido por jóvenes muy atentos y comprometidos con dar un buen servicio. Somewhat expensive for the facilities they offer, the night came out at more than $ 2,000 pesos and basically what is charged is the location, outside of that the rooms are quite austere and small, the pool also small and cold. The restaurant inside the hotel offers dishes of medium quality and at a high cost, the only redeemable of course is the beach that is right in front of the hotel and the bar. The bar is run by very attentive young people who are committed to providing good service.

D	David Merchant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hotel gas a good location on the beach. The rooms are o.k., The restaurant is very good. Love there Camarones Diablo! Price is pretty good. Only real complaint is the lounge chairs around the pool are poured cement. Not the most comfortable.

I love the restaurant that sets along the beach. I loved the proximity to the center of town. I loved the peaceful area that had hammocks. I loved the people and the manager. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
