Muy linda alberca y palapa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probé en su restaurante los camarones enchilpayados y realmente están deliciosos, en la playa los probé pero más caros y el sabor nada que ver con los de aquí vale la pena y el precio lo vale. Aparte sus precios son accesibles. El agua de maracuyá deliciosa y super atentos y amables.
I tried the enchilpayados shrimp in their restaurant and they are really delicious, on the beach I tried them but more expensive and the taste nothing to do with the ones from here is worth it and the price is worth it. Besides, their prices are affordable. The passion fruit water delicious and super attentive and friendly.

La comida está bien, pero el servicio es terrible, tardan casi 1hr en servir un solo plato de consomé de pollo, teniendo en cuenta que solo habíamos 3 mesas. Desorganización terrible por parte de cocina y el equipo de meseros, me trajeron platos de más y me faltaron algunos.
Poco profesionales y nada comprometidos.
Bad experience with your restaurant.
The food is okay, but the service is terrible, it takes almost 1hr to serve a single plate of chicken consommé, considering we only had 3 tables. Terrible disorganization by the kitchen and the wait staff, they brought me too many dishes and I was missing some.
Unprofessional and not at all committed.

Los baños de la planta de arriba muy feos, esta muy deteriorado el mobiliario.
No hacen limpieza en los cuartos hasta que los desocupan. El personal también muy prepotente.
El agua de la alberca super sucia.
Para nada recomiendo este hotel.
We were in Easter, the air conditioners did not work for two days and the owner did not give us a solution, her attitude is very heavy.
The bathrooms on the top floor are very ugly, the furniture is very deteriorated.
They do not clean the rooms until they are vacated. The staff also very pushy.
The pool water is super dirty.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
