★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La estrella es por el restaurante, que tiene buen servicio y la comida se sirve en buenas proporciones y es deliciosa.
El hotel deja mucho que desear. Se realizó la reservación una semana antes, al llegar no tenían listas nuestras habitaciones; tuvieron que llamar al personal de limpieza para preguntar " ¿tienen dos habitaciones limpias?". Cuando nos dieron las habitaciones, en la mí el clima no prendía, la televisión no tenía control y la definición era malísima, además de que el baño estaba lleno de mosquitas y se veía sucio. Después de bajar dos veces a recepción me cambiaron de habitación y a pesar de que no tenía los problemas de la anterior, el baño estaba sucio, con hormigas y se salía el agua tanto de la taza como del lavabo. Las sábanas y fundas de almohada estaban llenos de manchas y cabellos, la toalla del baño era vieja, se veía entre gris y amarillenta.
Toda la noche se escucharon las risas y música del personal.
Muy mala experiencia.

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The reservation was made a week before, upon arrival they did not have our rooms ready; They had to call the cleaning staff to ask "do you have two clean rooms?" When they gave us the rooms, in me the weather did not turn on, the television had no control and the definition was terrible, in addition to the fact that the bathroom was full of mosquitoes and it looked dirty. After going down to reception twice, they changed my room and although I did not have the problems of the previous one, the bathroom was dirty, with ants and water leaked from both the toilet and the sink. The sheets and pillowcases were full of stains and hair, the bath towel was old, it looked gray to yellowish.
All night the laughter and music of the staff were heard.
Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está más caro que el holiday inn de Tuxtla e inclusive en el holiday inn se incluye desayuno bufette. Está carisimo para la zona. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación está muy descuidada, el baño sucio y con fuga, agua caliente sí, pero 3 hrs después de abrir la llave, sabanas sucias y llenas de pelos, edredones muy muy sucios con olor a ☆patas☆, toallas percudidas, y solo 2 para 3 personas
Raro el clima que funciona bien. La necesidad y por conveniencia hacia que lo usará. Opte por rentar depto amueblado. Mucho más higiénico
