j	jose “luiss64” sanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es recomendable puesto q su estacionamiento es solo para tres unidades no tiene camaras Ami camioneta le Rompieron el cristal del copiloto me robaron cosas con valor de 4500 aparte el cristal de mi camioneta y lo malo q el dueño después de dos horas esperando sale que no puede venir x problemas y nunca m dieron una solución lo único es q me devolvian lo de la reservación en mi parte yo nunca vuelvo a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para personas con unidad x que t asaltan tu unidad .... Anuncian desayuno incluido y luego te lo quitan..ademas, Anuncian que tienen estacionamiento y resulta ser una bodega sucia y en mal estado. El personal bien pues hizo lo posible por resolver nuestros problemas pero los dueños y la gerente en especial muy mal encarados y despreocupados por nuestras demandas. Muy mala experiencia, mi esposa y yo no volvemos. No lo recomendamos. Ah, y por no tener estacionamiento, dejé el coche en frente y los policías de tránsito me impusieron una infracción y se llevaron mi placa. En fin, muy mal. Anuncian cosas que no tienen. A	Abraham Guzman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abraham Guzman una observación en dos ocasiones he reservado el servicio de habitación del Hotel Artesanos para ser exacta el 19/10/2019 noche de Bodas Suite 2 me la mostraron muy buenas instalaciones pero cual fue mi sorpresa que a la hora de bañarse muy mal mas de 35 minutos para que saliera el agua caliente y nada baje dos veces a recepción y pobre gente ya no haya que contestar que mal que los dueños no dan la cara para resolver ellos nada más dicen que algo se descompuso acto seguido el día 17/12/2020 nos reservan la Suite 1 para hospedarnos una noche mayor fue mi sorpresa una vez más sin agua caliente pero ahora pedí un buzón de sugerencias no hay en el hotel pero la srita. me dice dígame cual es su queja le hago mención que como es posible que a la vuelta de un año con 3 meses regreso al hotel y aun no han podido arreglar tan mayor problema les sugiero que lo arreglen pues uno lo que quiere después de un buen descanso un rico baño pero con agua caliente no con mentiras pues ofrecen algo que no cumplen la verdad Yo, no lo recomiendo. A	Ariel V Camacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel muy cómodo, le pondría 5 estrellas, pero nunca salio agua caliente de la regadera, pero el hotel es muy limpio, tanto la habitación, como los pasillos, no me toco comer en el mismo, la habitación que se me asigno, fue en la primera planta habitación 10 y la verdad el ruido de la calle era mínimo casi nulo y tiene buena oscuridad no entran fácil los rayos del sol por las ventanas, asi que si no pones la alarma te vas de paso, la habitacion cuenta con aire y muy espaciosa, por lo menos la habitación individual que fue la que pedí, parece para dos personas, sin dudar me volvería a quedar.
