It was ok, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the WiFi signal is good enough, the restaurant is good as well, if you pay for an included breakfast you can get eggs and coffee at morning otherwise you can ask for anything in the menu. The cost-benefit relation is fine.

The room was good! I liked the beds in this hotel! The breakfast was also good. You can choose between pancakes or egg with toast. The only thing was that you couldn't get more if you didn't had enough. Further on it was a very good hotel with kind staff who helped us with our questions we had. If I come back to Mexico I would definitely come back to this hotel!

This is a terrible hotel. The front desk staff are extremely rude! They wanted me to use the same two towels that I received on my first day for all 8 nights of my stay.I had to make a big fuss in the lobby to get them to give me new towels. Who wants to use the same dirty towels for eight nights? If you want fungus, then yes. The hotel rooms are very clean but that's about it. After complaining, I was treated very poorly the rest of my stay. I will never stay here again!

I would rate 5 star if they didn't send the older guy to come banging at my door yelling I have to check out in 5 minutes. Also tried to charge me 40$ for complimentary water that sypposed to be in the room. The receptionist were very nice and helped with the situation the hotel is overall good.

Price: I wouldn't say its a 4-star, more like 3.5-star. I think this is reflected in the price per night. Taxes & fees included, I paid MXN$884 (around $43 USD) per night, which was a pretty good deal in my opinion. Room: Nice. Lots of space with a big TV. The bed was a King Size but rock hard (I personally didn't mind it). Bathroom was sufficient, although strange toilet placement as you had to shift your body to the left and sit sideways due to a wall on the right side (weird lol). Also, it took some time for the hot water to start pumping out. I wish there was a fridge. Closet provided hangers and a safe. There was wide desk/counter that was more than sufficient to get some things done on my laptop. Walls were a bit thin, as you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways. Location: Great, either walking distance or a quick Didi/Uber ride to many cafés/restaurants and popular tourist destinations. I walked to the El Ángel de la Independencia in just under 20 minutes. I took a Didi ride to Chapultepec Park and it cost me MXN$80 (about $4 USD) and that's including tip. You can walk Jardín del Arte Sullivan Park in under 10 minutes where people were both painting and selling paintings which I thought was really cool. Across the street from Jardín del Arte Sullivan Park there was 'Twerking' dance lessons happening, lol. There are many shops nearby like Walmart Express where you can buy the standard essentials if need be. Staff: No complaints. Didn't really mingle, just polite head nod acknowledgements when walking in and out of the main entrance. Cleaning ladies were really nice when encountering them in the hallways. Overall: I would have given the place 4 stars if it weren't the excessive noise throughout the entirety of the first 2 nights. My room was facing Serapio Rendon street, and there was a house that was bumping music until the early morning. I thought perhaps it was a normal thing, then realized that it was labor day weekend Mexico (labor day being on Sunday which I thought was weird). The last night I spend there (Sunday night), the music stopped and finally got an uninterrupted sleep.

Having used this hotel many times and got used to the bad attitude by the reception staff, today we arrived for our last night in Mexico to be told the room we'd booked wasn't available. So we had to take an inferior room, and no money refunded. The rooms are generally good, but the unpleasant atmosphere of the staff sours the experience. Also don't book the breakfast. You can get much better, much cheaper, elsewhere

Great price, great service, delicious breakfast, very minimalistic room setting, super clean. The downfall is their mattress! hard as a rock! Laying down on a carpet would be softer than the hotel mattress.

Nice hotel in a good location. Quiet overall and really good room service. I checked in pretty late around 11.40 pm due to immigration at the airport (coming from the US) and there were no issues. Wishing for a similar good stay in the future.
