Las habitaciones estaban sucias, en el cuarto que me asignaron las sábanas estaban sucias y olían mal, las cortinas estaban mal colocadas y el piso estaba sucio. No lo recomiendo para nada. Lamentablemente por la temporada los hospedajes estaban agotados y no tuve más opción más que ahí, y aquí el abuso... - Las habitaciones están sucias, tienen plaga de cucarachas y no tienen mantenimiento; la pintura está vieja y caída, no te cambian las sábanas, la televisión no sirve y solo se ve el canal 3, el azulejo del baño es muy viejo y la persona de limpieza no lo limpia, ¡Ojo! Tiene problema con el abastecimiento de agua y te dicen que tiene agua caliente y siempre tienen el agua fría. Únicamente te dan un papel de baño y mini barra de jabón del más corriente. Te piden depósito por las toallas. El ventilador está muy viejo y hace mucho ruido, las ventanas de las habitaciones están rotas, el cortinero se encuentra en muy malas condiciones, la puerta no cierra bien, el agua de la piscina está muy sucia ¡Ni ganas de meterse! La recepcionista da el precio que quiere a cada familia y su atención es dispersa. Por el costo que manejan deberían tener mantenimiento de instalaciones y buen servicio de pandemia, ¡Estamos en pandemia y la recepcionista ni usa cubrebocas!
