★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio: El ventilador del techo no funciona, el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, nos hospedamos del 2 al 5 de marzo y ningún día hubo internet y servicio de cable, te dan una lista de claves pero ninguna funciona, la persona de recepción del día 4 (por la noche) muy grosera, además no nos dejaron ingresar el coche porque “según” ya estaba lleno, pero esto no te lo mencionan al momento que solicitas la habitación. Veo las opiniones y me identifico con los que dicen que no cumplen con lo que ofrecen y lo peor es que dicen que lo van a solucionar pero pasa el tiempo y siguen con lo mismo. Muy mal servicio.
 Very bad service: The ceiling fan does not work, the air conditioning is very noisy, we stayed from March 2 to 5 and no day there was internet and cable service, they give you a list of keys but none of them work, the reception person on day 4 (at night) very rude, they also did not let us enter the car because "according to" it was already full, but this is not mentioned to you when you request the room. I see the opinions and I identify with those who say that they do not comply with what they offer and the worst thing is that they say that they are going to solve it but time passes and they continue with the same. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomend this hotel. Cozy and clean place to stay. Have been there 2 years ago. Hosts were friendly, and gladly helped me to find some places. And gave some advices about what see and where to go in the city. As it was the first time I was in the city. Thanks again my friends ? (I'm not sure if you remember me:)
