★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located in the city center. Decent room...could not get my TV to work, but I dont watch tv... so I didnt care.
Not quite as nice as some of the others I've stayed in, but the price and availability were there. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst stay in Mexico. It is totally overpriced, the room was ok, but kinda dirty - there were spots on a blanket. There is a terrible karaoke-bar in the neighborhood and it was working till 2am, it was extremely loud - it was impossible to sleep or work - a real torture! Though the stuff was really nice and tried to help, they offered us another room, but the noise was toooo loud and it was everywhere. You should have a very strong nerve system or a very good earplugs to stay there.

restaurant has very delicious authentic & reasonably priced food. We extended our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spot. Clean rooms, friendly front desk attendant! It’s a VERY busy and although it says it has parking, the spaces are limited and your chances of getting a spot are slim to none. There is nearby paid parking though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I were only to rate this hotel on location and friendly staff ONLY I would give it 5 stars, but it’s not. The room would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The tile were very moldy and the was a small roach on the sink.The towels were dingy and very old. No face towels provided.
Fortunately for us, the location was 5 stars. You could walk everywhere from the hotel. The Zocalo, where all the action is, was a 2-3 minute walk.
