Simple Check in, $680 Pesos for Single Room, WiFi speed is Decent, it's a nice little hotel, only downside is I left a candy bar and found ants all over it. My fault.

Everything was terrible except the food and the outer aesthetics. Infested with tiny bugs, internet all but non existent, bed may as well have been stone, and the bathroom was filthy.

The hotel has 95 rooms, there are 5 different types of rooms, single with fan, double with fan, single with A/C, double with A/C, and suites, the single and doubles are 1 and 2 double beds, the suites there are some with 1 king size bed and others with 2 double beds, all booked rooms include a complementary breakfast buffet, it has 2 big parking lots, a small pool, and 2 convention rooms.

One of the best hotels in town. It's cozy, quiet, and inexpensive. It has WiFi, a nice pool with jacuzzi, and a decent restaurant. A good place to take a rest and enjoy food and landscape.

Customer Service is better than good but not amazing. Hotel is the nicer one in the area. It is a little dated and wish it had more amenities like a coffee maker in my room. The room was comfortable. Restaurant was mediocre. Best if you eat elsewhere. Overall it was good. During Carnaval time they have the cows there for fresh milk drinks.

I love the location of this hotel and it has great advantages such as safe parking and a very nice swimming pool. Staff is helpful and very nice ( just as most people in Mexico are). I did not like the room they gave us, it was small and toilet and showers were not flushing properly and water drainage was a big issue. The worse part was the bed, mattress was so hard, it felt like concrete and very uncomfortable. WIFI was bad, slow and never stayed connected. You have to re-enter credentials 10 to 12 times a day to even get a connection. If you need WIFI, this is not the place. A few other things I wish they had in this hotel: 1. Plastic chairs, instead of a few stools, around the pool so you can enjoy watching your kids play. 2. Plastic chairs outside your room or on your balcony so you can relax and enjoy the cool afternoons. 3. Coffee machine in the restaurant area so you can get a cup of coffee in the middle of the day. I would be happy to pay for that cup of coffee. 4. Bread, toasts or muffins in the restaurants for people who dont eat fried beans, pork and eggs and corn crackers for breakfast… I would LOVE to come back to this place but there will be a need of change before I do it.
