Que lástima antes no Era así It was good now they don't even give you attention lame beds they charge you even your 5 year old daughter no dirty paper towels and don't complain I'm still waiting for attention! Too bad it wasn't like that before

A la entrada me dijeron que mi tiempo de estadía sería de 12 horas, entramos a la 12 de la noche por lo que la salida sería al mediodía del día siguiente, a las 6:45 AM me despertaron para decir que mi habitación había vencido. Me hicieron pagar 50 pesos más para poderme quedar. No me dieron control de TV, las instalaciones descuidadas, el baño pésimo, la regadera no servía, la habitación oscura, las puertas no sirven, los controles de música inservibles. Terrible place and service. At the entrance they told me that my time of stay would be 12 hours, we entered at 12 at night so the departure would be at noon the next day, at 6:45 AM they woke me up to say that my room had expired. They made me pay 50 pesos more to stay. They did not give me control of the TV, the facilities were neglected, the bathroom was lousy, the shower did not work, the room was dark, the doors did not work, the music controls were useless.

Me pusieron a lavarla LITERAL tuve que tallar la toalla para que me dejaran salir y aún así me tuvieron 1 hora ahí sin poder SALIR DEL HOTEL. El agua estaba bastante fría, el Jacuzzi se tardó 1 hora si no es que mas en llenar. Las luces no servían. No había conexión para cargar el teléfono. La pantalla se apagaba. 0 recomendable. Terrible service!!! Do not enter that place. They all want to charge you. A towel got stained and they wanted to charge me 200 pesos for it. They put me to wash it LITERAL I had to carve the towel so they would let me out and they still kept me there for 1 hour without being able to LEAVE THE HOTEL. The water was quite cold, the Jacuzzi took 1 hour if not more to fill. The lights weren't working. There was no connection to charge the phone. The screen was blacking out. 0 recommended.

Por eso la calificación baja, #Descobozco en su totalidad: sus instalaciones, servicio y costos por lo que no puedo dar una mejor calificación y opinar a cerca de lo que ofrece a sus clientes. B	Brian Montoya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son amplias, es bastante económico y por el precio no se puede pedir más, pero, en mi primera visita, me encontré con 2 cosas bastante desagradables, una de ellas sarro saliendo directamente de la regadera, y dos, las chinches que ser presentaron en la noche. Desconozco sí así sucede en todas, pero, no es un lugar del todo pulcro. The rooms are spacious, it's quite cheap and for the price you can't ask for more, but on my first visit I found 2 pretty nasty things, one of them was tartar coming straight out of the shower, and two of them were bedbugs that would be presented at night. I do not know if this happens in all of them, but it is not a completely neat place.
