 The beautiful place, but the owner very rude and pushy. He doesn't know anything about customer service. He gave us a really bad time. I never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL lugar esta en perfecto estado, instalaciones nuevas, la atencion es muy buena, esta en una ubicacion increible cerca de restaurantes y lugares de interes. El espacio es muy amplio.
Lo unico que cambiria seria las pantallas de la habitacion no son amigables con el usuario y simpre marcan erros de conexion.
The place is in perfect condition, new facilities, the attention is very good, it is in an incredible location close to restaurants and places of interest. The space is very wide.
The only thing that would change would be the room screens are not user-friendly and always mark connection errors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar único, muy acogedor, muy tranquilo, óptimo para relajarse y un buen descanso, tienen un área de spa y masajes que me encantó, la cosmetóloga del lugar es muy profesional, los que atienden y en general todo el staff, es el lugar idóneo si lo que buscas es relajación al máximo!!...la atención es de primera y el café muy BNO!! Sin duda volvería!! :)
It is a unique place, very cozy, very quiet, excellent for relaxing and having a good rest, they have a spa area and massages that I loved, the cosmetologist of the place is very professional, those who attend and in general all the staff, is the ideal place if what you are looking for is relaxation to the maximum !!... the attention is first class and the coffee very BNO !! I would definitely go back!! :)

Very good treatment, quiet and above all a lot of attention to the client, the rooms very clean, spacious and the beautiful garden. I really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If deception had manifested itself into a hotel. On the surface this place is pretty to look at, the rooms are clean, and it isn't too far from a lot of interesting locations, yet that's where it end.
The owner is kind so it's absolutely nothing against his part, but if you compare the rates of here vs other locations, it's a surprise how much is charge. There is no heater or air conditioner for the price that's given, and the single bed is nothing more than a full. The water itself never surpasses lukewarm which makes the showers unbearable in any season that isn't hot already. Seriously, this place is meant to be enjoyed only in the summer or if your blood can sustain the cold like a penguin swimming in the Arctic.
The TV blocked out every internet option, so even watching things like YouTube is not allowed, and forget searching for anything on Netflix, it's just locked to not working.
Trying to sleep? Good luck overcoming this loud machine that goes off every 10 seconds in some distant room. A hotel like this would get 5 star rating if it was half the price, or if you're an author that is purposefully trying to lose their mind for the next claustrophobic psychological thriller.
