The place is nice and the staff try hard. There is a buffet breakfast that people are constantly going to without masks and in one instance even TOUCHING THE FOOD! We complained and were told he was the BIG BOSS and his wife. This certainly detracts from the experience.

Beautiful Hotel! Amazing Views! But the staff is what makes this place so special! Everyone there was beyond welcoming and genuinely tried to give us the best experience possible!!

Got the resort pass for the day. Pass is pricey but includes a credit for food and drinks. Xul-Ha restaurant is phenomenal. Wonderful service.

My boyfriend and I live on the Island but went to celebrate our anniversary at their restaurant Xul-ha and it was beyond wonderful. Very friendly and attentive staff, great great food and drinks. If you're staying on the island or already live here, I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Hotel B Spa is a must on your visit to Cozumel. Itzel and Areti greeted my husband and I with such sincere kindness …it was our 30th anniversary get away …we decided to get a couples massage ….We had no idea the beautiful experience we were about to explore. Energy healing … body, mind and spirit using aromatherapy. We often get stuck in old patterns and hold on to old and new pain in our bodies… Itzel and Areti was wonderful helping us to invite and explore new and old feelings and emotions and return them to the earth/ocean along with sitting new intentions for our future. We have so much gratitude for Itzel and Areti they are beyound excellent! They both share their energy work and are living their dharma( life purpose) they helped heal my heart and soul. Highly recommended !! I can't understand how this hotel has some bad reviews. It certainly doesn't deserve that ! For all the review readers. I'm delicate. So if I write a good review this means it was really really good. We have been to a lot of different hotels in our journey in Mexiko and this hotel was the best hotel we stayed. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights but next time we definitely stay longer. We highly recommend to book a room with sea view, it‘s worth it. Best view I've seen so far. We‘ve got a really nice welcome from the Diana from the reception and she offered us a really tasty smoothie with a cold towel to cool down. Jesus helped us with the baggage and was really kind and funny. The whole staff in the hotel were friendly and how you want to have it in a hotel. We felt really well with all the surrounding. The food, the rooms, the staff and how clean it was. We will definitely come back. Thanks for this days.

I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. I didn't stay here but spent a lot of time here using a day pass. The facilities are simply beautiful and it's one of my favorite places on the island. Yes it is pricey but it's really gorgeous and peaceful.

Absolutely incredible. We had booked at a different hotel down the street that had turned out to be disgusting so we decided to just walk in and book a room based on the curb appeal. The lobby is beautiful, a juice bar and a breathtaking view of the ocean and an eagles view of their pools and amenities, just to give you a taste of what awaits you. The prices of the room are a bit extravagant, but it’s honestly worth it. The rooms are quaint, with artisan goods for sale and handmade wood furnishings. Cute amenities like bottles of organic shampoo and conditioner and soaps. The real amazing part of this hotel is their backyard. There are two Infiniti pools that you can watch the sunset over the ocean from. The hot tub is built into the rock on the Oceanside. There are a ton of beachside accesses to the ocean with no seaweed and deep water for swimming. They have a floating deck with an umbrella to swim to. Amazing service. The menu at the restaurant was FANTASTIC, get the steak. They had a DJ the night we there that played awesome music until about 11pm playing awesome music. The guys that waited on us and tended the bar were so kind and spoke excellent English because I (regrettably) don’t speak Spanish. My fiancée and I are FOR SURE coming back for our honeymoon.
