★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my reservation 3 weeks before and when I arrived to my sorprise the room was not ready and they said I had to park on the street.. When it clearly states on the website that the property has onsite private parking.. This is ridiculous.. Now here I am dealing with customer service trying not to get charged for not staying there.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.. Not to mention the shitty attitude of the receptionist..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING!! STOP READING AND CANCEL YOUR BOOKING HERE!!! This place should be avoided at all times. It is like a demilitarized zone. Dirty faucets, dirty floors and walls. When I started getting in bed, the bedsheets had hairs and a disgusting bandage. The toilet didn't even have a toilet seat! I began to feel bad and walked outside but it smelled like sewage. WATCH OUT! Some of the employees at the hotel enter your room and I began missing stuff from my suitcases.Dont trust them and do not plug in phone or electronics because my phone got a virus when I plugged in my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware - this place is a dump! It is totally rundown and lacking in any amenities . There was not even bottled water available. Upon walking to the bathroom, my friend's foot went through the floor! There was only a trickle of water coming into the bathroom, so a shower was not possible. The curtains could not be closed without a big gap. The pool and ocean view were the only decent things about this place, but even then, most of the outside chairs were covered in dirt, ripped, or broken. Though parking was advertised, I was told there was none and to park on the street. When concerns were raised to the manager, his response was that the ocean weather takes its toll. My advice - avoid this place like the plague! If I could, I would give it zero stars, not one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for 3 beds and ocean view balcony... Was given 2 bed/2bath suite and small balcony...NICE!... Hard mattresses and thin sheet only... Double bed, tiptoe space... King ok. ONE towel each... had both bdrm air generators on balcony that made it SUPER HOT and impossible to enjoy view... Next day asked to be moved... 1 bdrm has 2 twin bds and other a king... Twins room air didn't work and stated "unable" to fix... Staff tried helping... Tight purse... Never again.
