B	Bea PC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el mes de mayo mi hermano hizo una reservacion para un viaje familiar que realizariamos en el mes de JULIO y para tener seguras las habitaciones acordamos con el hotel depositarles un anticipo, sin embargo por cuestiones ajenas a nosotros ya no pudimos realizar el viaje, sin embargo la cancelación de las habitaciones se realizo mas de 1 MES con anticipación (juNio) a los dias reservados, preguntamos antes sobre politicas que manejan en cuanto a reservaciones y nos dijeron que realizaban el reembolso si se cancelaba un mes antes, pues es octubre y hasta ahorita no tenemos RESPUESTA NI REEMBOLSO. Le hemos estado hablando al gerente y enviando correos y siempre dice que el jueves, que el lunes, que la próxima semana, su falta de compromiso nos tiene muy molestos! ya que he gastado demasiado en llamadas, espero que pronto nos solucionen esta situación y si van a reservar aqui NO DEN NINGUN ANTICIPO, no les vaya pasar lo mismo que a nosotros.
