★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo no hay toallas , Jabón de tocador , no hay tele los baños sale el olor a caño por la coladera y las sábanas súper delgadas pero por el desgaste de los años la dueña no respeta los precios,por teléfono te da unos y al llegar al hotel en el pizarrón hay otros y se enoja por qué menciona que no le sale tantas gentes en la habitación en este caso ella misma dice 3 camas para 6 personas y no le parece que sean las seis y si tienes roces con ella ya no te vende nada argumenta que no le importa perder NO recomiendo visitar el lugar de preferencia directo al manto.
Terrible there are no towels, toilet soap, there is no TV the bathrooms the smell of pipe comes out of the drain and the super thin sheets but due to the wear and tear of the years the owner does not respect the prices, by phone she gives you some and when you get to the there are others on the board and she gets angry because she mentions that she doesn't get as many people in the room in this case she herself says 3 beds for 6 people and she doesn't think it's six and if you have friction with her she won't sell you nothing argues that you do not mind losing I do NOT recommend visiting the place preferably direct to the mantle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the thermal pools are great but it's not a fancy place. come for the hot mineral water and great views. the hotel is older and rooms are very basic. clean enough for me. amatlan is a nice little town to visit and no visit to amatlan would be complete without a visit to the balenarios.
