If on your trip to Ixmiquilpan you are looking for a quiet and more private place to rest in the hot springs, this is a great option, the hotel with hot springs pools and it has many nearby shops. A room for 4 people cost us $ 1000 and we were very happy with the place.

Los de recepción no traen cubrebocas. Presionan mucho en cuanto al desalojamiento de habitación. No cuenta con internet. Las habitaciones están en un mal estado, hay hormigas, cucarachas, y telarañas en la habitación 17 hay un panal de abejas arriba de la puerta. En la habitación 23 había un cajón lleno de piedras, las ventanas no se pueden abrir. Las cortinas no están bien puestas. No hay papel de baño, jabón o shampoo, no cae agua únicamente un chorro y cae frío. Hay baños en mal estado. De igual forma los vestidores que se encuentran en la alberca están también en mal estado, algunos no tienen luz y el agua está fría. La alberca está sucia. Su mobiliario está muy deteriorado, hay obra negra; muchas instalaciones sin terminar. Es pura terracería, el pasto igual está en mal estado. Hay heces de perro por todos lados. No es inclusivo ya que no cuenta con el acceso de rampas para silla de ruedas. Hay desnivel de piso y es muy peligroso, casi se descalabra un joven y en lo personal me torcí el pie y mi sobrina se raspó la rodilla. No es un balneario, solo hay dos albercas muy pequeñas en cuanto altura. Los perros se robaron una pechuga de nuestra comida. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO Terrible service. The curtains are not properly drawn. There is no toilet paper, soap or shampoo, no water falls only a stream and it falls cold. There are bathrooms in poor condition. In the same way, the changing rooms that are in the pool are also in poor condition, some have no electricity and the water is cold. The pool is dirty. Its furniture is very deteriorated, there is black work; many unfinished installations. It is pure dirt, the grass is still in bad condition. There is dog feces everywhere. It is not inclusive as it does not have wheelchair ramp access. There is a uneven floor and it is very dangerous, a young man almost fell apart and personally I twisted my foot and my niece scraped her knee. It is not a spa, there are only two very small pools in terms of height. The dogs stole a breast of our food. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
S	Stephany Carolina Brito Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo hotel , las fotos nada que ver con la realidad , no hay agua caliente y cuando nos quisimos bañar el agua se acabó ?? la encargada solo decía que era un problema con la bomba más de 30 min esperando para bañarte con agua fría , la limpieza es pésima no te prestan ni una jerga ,es mentira no cuenta con wifi las tv son viejas y las camas ni que decir en genel el hotel está súper abandonado y para el precio es carisimo por qué no tiene nada bueno .
