La atención por Whatsapp pésima se tardan todo un día para dar información y no contestan las pregunta que les haces te tienes que esperar otro día para que contesten. $120 a ticket won't let you in with anything, no drinks. Me gustaría q tuvieran camas kingsaze. Lo recomiendo !!! Ojalá nos dejarán más tiempo el era de la alberca a los que OS quedamos ? No sé si fue porque era entre semana pero el resto de los espacios y servicios puede mejorar muchísimo para el precio que cobran por entrar. En el baño no había papel sanitario ni jabón para manos; en los vestidores se estanca el agua y los espacios de las regaderas no tienen cortinas ni puertas. El espacio para dejar las cosas no está a la vista de la alberca por lo que da un poco de desconfianza, y si rentas un camastro a la orilla de la alberca no puedes dejar tus cosas (mochilas), tuvimos que dejarlas en el coche y cada que queríamos algo teníamos que bajar al estacionamiento lo que fue muy molesto. Para pedir alguna bebida o comida teníamos que esperar a que el mesero subiera con algún servicio para otros clientes porque no había nadie de la administración cerca del área de alberca. Se me hizo caro para lo que ofrecieron. The pool is large, clean and the water was at a very good temperature. The space to leave things is not in sight of the pool so it gives a bit of distrust, and if you rent a lounger by the pool you cannot leave your things (backpacks), we had to leave them in the car and every time we wanted something we had to go down to the parking lot which was very annoying. To order a drink or food we had to wait for the waiter to come up with some service for other customers because there was no one from the administration near the pool area. It was expensive for what they offered.

El agua de la alberca muy rica y siempre hay alguien que está al pendiente por si necesitas algo. Me encantó el desayuno que está incluido y aparte está súper completo. Regresamos a comer por la tarde y todo delicioso, tienen variedad de platillos y el ambiente muy tranquilo y romántico. Excelente atención, gracias por todo 1000/10. ??
