★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware this place is a scam.... They over charged my credit card. We came in a group and the charged everyone a different rates. They charged me $360 per adult and $170 per kid. My sister $240 per adult and $120 per kid. My niece $260 per adult. They would not own up to their scam. I receipts to prove it. Wow, please avoid if you're American visiting here. The employees should be ashamed of there actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spa is amazing! Very clean, I witnessed each spa being emptied, scrubbed, and bleached at the end of the day. The staff are very nice ? The floral mandala bowl arrangements and absolutely beautiful. The massages are fantastic, so relaxing?

Over the last few years. When you enter there is an open air/ covered
Area for food, then a hugh pool with plenty of spots for picnics.
They have an area to check your
Valubles and reserve time for massages or the downstairs spa.
It is right on the lake with great views. The spa contains about 6 hot soaking pools, infused with different ingredients. There are fragrances to imbibe and 2 different kinds of sweat rooms.
They have showers and fresh water to soak or rinse off.
The spa is good for families, couples or friends. A winner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to have fun with the whole family and the food was better than expected. Not a far drive from Guadalajara and if you make the trip, plan ahead for the Thermal pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun place to take the whole family with slides and areas for kids but also jacuzzis and hot springs and spa things for adults. Worth price of admission if you are planning to make a day of it. They let you bring in food from outside and there are many options for snacks and meals inside, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among the most relaxing activities lakeside. Go early (10am) and beat the crowds to the therapeutic pools at the rear of the property. Hit the temazcal (sauna), too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at the spa with a group of friends on 3/19 and were told we had a one-hour wait. We went to get some lunch and when we arrived back there had been confusion and seemed like there was going to be another 45min wait. The manager did an amazing job at accommodating us into a special VIP experience for my friends and us. We were beyond happy with the service that entire day. We will be returning and recommending everyone we know. Thank you!
