★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a well located hotel, you can go walking to some higligth spots. The rooms ate clen and big. I had a little bit troubles with the wifi but in general terms it is a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was OK. Nice pool on the terrace. Good secure parking. Restaurant next to it brought dry toast with my breakfast. When I asked for some jelly, they brought 2 packets and charged 14 pesos for the 2 of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a fabulous location right in downtown Veracruz in front of the ocean. It is within walking distance have many attractions including the Portales. The rooms are well-appointed and priced reasonably. There are meeting rooms available for fairly large groups and the staff is very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Older hotel in a quiet area. Pool was clean but the hot tub was cold; let the staff know but nothing was done. Room was a bit small and had to kill a couple cockroaches. Bed had a sagging, lopsided mattress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff attention was friendly since the very first time, they allowed us to check in earlier and property was clean in all the areas. The restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price besides the pool was nice and had a good height. On the not so bright side, the air-conditioning machines may be improved.
