★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to stay. Hot water only in morning and night. Beware the police at the small station nearby at the corner of calle 59 and the malecon road. They will stop you, intimidate you to provide id, and question you for no reason then not provide their identification. Another example of terrible, corrupt mexican police. Going back to the hotel, the young receptionist girls are cute, but I'm sure super gossipy. Also, neighboring rooms with guests could be heard easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The paint is peeling off a once 4-star hotel.
Awesome location for urban tourism, but the hotel is worn and tired.
Paint peeling off the facade.
The plumbing in my room was tricky.
2 out of 4 lights actually worked.
I think the in-house restaurant wasn't working (although that could have been because of COVID), and the restaurant recommended by all the staff was reviewed as "rubbery steaks" and "wildly overpriced" by my group, so I ended up walking outside and eating minisuper hot dogs.
And while that isn't bad, I'm fairly certain the tv was old enough to drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How did this hotel get 4 Star's ?! not clear not justified fact this is not a 4 star's hotel there were no towels in the room nothing....:-((((( not a comfortable fact NONE of the Staff speaks English!!! :-(((( but should if they want to see the tourists. Broken bathroom sinks are not drained, the smell in the room is mold. If you have no choice, you can stay for 1 night and endure all the discomfort but only for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this hotel! It does not look like on the pictures at all!
The welcoming was very cold, the WIFI did not work for a whole day and where the swimming pool is supposed to be there is a big black ugly hole. All in the all, the building is old and shabby and it is not worth any money.
Only positive note: I got a room with view on the golf without asking for it and the location is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would go for two stars, except for it's location- the view of the water show every night, and proximity to the malechon AND the walled city. Needs repairs, a more friendly night receptionist, and a second working elevator. We did not use one of our nights, because of unanticipated difficulties, and was not refunded any money, or given credit for another stay, which is totally their perogative, but would have been a nice offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A short getaway with the wife to Campeche.
While the Hotel is a bit older, the rooms are very well taken care. Maid Service was outstanding. Nice size Pool, towels supplied by the Hotel. The Bar was closed. Access for person with disabilities. It is within walking distance of Centro. A bit far to the Public Market but doable. Food around the area is not bad. Oxxo a couple minutes walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old rundown hotel. Wouldve been very nice in the 70s but its glory has been long gone.
If you would say it has been abandoned a long time ago I would believe it.
Instead of plugsockets there were holes in the wall with some wire out, next to our headboard! Toilet didnt flush told them and they fixxed it right away.
The showerdrain was blocked.
The only good thing about it was the location and a lot of parkingspace but again that also needs maintenance.
