★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del personal de piso no así como el de reservas ya q me la cancelaron aún cuando hable antes de llegar falta de comunicación y enlace entre las de reservas y la noche ...muy buena disposición de la señorita Cinthia Mora limpio comodisimo pero falta señalización ya q están dentro de la plaza q es exelente ubicación pero no hay forma de llegar si no conoces y más por la noche
Excellent service of the floor staff not as well as the reservation and they canceled it even when I spoke before arriving lack of communication and link between the reservations and the night ... very good disposition of Miss Cinthia Mora clean very comfortable but missing Signage since they are inside the square that is excellent location but there is no way to get there if you do not know and more at night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel si tiene alberca (fría) las habitaciones son más amplias, tiene un sofá un horno de microondas un frigobar, lavabo (tarja) cuenta con aire acondicionado, TV cable, mesa y escritorio. El internet deja mucho que desear ya que no tuvimos señal, en la noche no sé por dónde entra tanto mosquito.... El desayuno es muy bueno ya que está preparado al momento y muy rico el sazón
This hotel has a pool (cold), the rooms are more spacious, a sofa has a microwave, a mini-bar, sink (sink) has air conditioning, cable TV, table and desk. The internet leaves much to be desired since we had no signal, at night I do not know where so much mosquito comes in ....
