M	Miriam Sanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, limpias, los baños limpios pero sin papel la atención es cordial, todo el personal es muy amable en cuanto a precios son bastante aceptables (sobretodo en la cervezas ) pero las malteadas son horribles!! no las pidas, es agua con hielo y saborizante ?? el coktel de camarón grande es una burla ?. The facilities are in very good condition, clean, the bathrooms are clean but without paper, the attention is cordial, all the staff is very friendly in terms of prices, they are quite acceptable (especially in the beers) but the milkshakes are horrible! don't ask for them, it's ice water and flavoring ?? the large shrimp cocktail is a joke ?.

Y a un lado de museo de los duendes. Además de contar con alberca (eso sí el agua es fría) en general las cabañas son confortables con chimenea y espacio para asadores. Un excelente lugar para disfrutar ? It is located in a very strategic place, near the center of Huasca (15 min by car) and it is also near the former hacienda of Santa María Regla, 20 from Pena del aire. And next to the goblin museum. In addition to having a pool (yes, the water is cold) in general, the cabins are comfortable with a fireplace and space for barbecues. An excellent place to enjoy ?

Cero actitud de servicio por parte del personal, cómo que andan molestos con los huéspedes. El restaurante solo con 3 opciones de comida. Lo mejor es la ubicación. The bathroom in my cabin was like for an elf, the sink was up to my knees. Zero service attitude on the part of the staff, how they are annoying with the guests. The restaurant only with 3 food options. The best is the location.

El agua de las albercas no está climatizada, pero con este calor es refrescante, hay asadores, juegos infantiles y un restaurante y tienda dentro del hotel. Recomiendo hospedarse en las cabañas, son totalmente independientes una de la otra! Te ponen una carga de leña por si quieres estar dentro y encender la chimenea o usarla para tu asador! Very nice place to stay, you can spend the whole day there if you go with family. The water in the pools is not heated, but in this heat it is refreshing, there are grills, playgrounds and a restaurant and store inside the hotel. I recommend staying in the cabins, they are totally independent from each other! They put a load of firewood in case you want to be inside and light the fireplace or use it for your barbecue!
C	Carmen Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, la zona de acampar muy bien, tiene mesas y una área para fogata, todo está limpio y están sanitizando y limpiando constantemente, no me gustó que no no estaba disponible la alberca de agua caliente porque no había suficiente gente, las otras albercas tienen el agua helada y la otra que había varios grupos tomando y con la música a un volumen muy alto a las 3 de la mañana lo cual no se me hizo adecuado, debe haber horarios y reglas para respetar( bajar su volumen de manera que no molesten a los demás), aún cuando lo hicimos saber a los encargados no hicieron nada The place is very nice, the camping area is very good, it has tables and an area for a campfire, everything is clean and they are constantly sanitizing and cleaning, I did not like that the hot water pool was not available because there were not enough people, the other pools have cold water and the other one that there were several groups drinking and with the music at a very high volume at 3 in the morning which did not seem appropriate to me, there must be schedules and rules to respect (lower the volume of way that they don't bother others), even when we told the managers they didn't do anything
