★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice but they tried to argue about what was included in my reservation from their site. Also pretty sure this would not qualify for a 4 star hotel even if they claim it as I have stayed at nicer 3 star hotels but overall nice stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent location, the staff is great. Not all rooms have air conditioning but all have a fan which is adequate. The food is also quite good but some of the drinks could be pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice. We had an awesome room. It is a bit over price for what it is. My reservation included kayak. The instructor sold as a "tour" for the lagune that was a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like having your private beach. Because it's located near a logoon, there are mosquitoes so bring your repelent. The food at the restaurant is divine (try the shrimp tacos!). Very relaxing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come to Baxar 2 times now and have enjoyed my stay both times. It's a nice little hotel for peace and quiet in Pie de la Cuesta. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but they do provide fans. The decor is nothing special and the beds are decent, but not so comfortable. The pool is small, just good enough to take a quick dip and refresh from the hot sun. There is a restaurant attached that services a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. The food was very good and priced well. I would recommend mainly to couples or solo travelers looking for a nice, quiet getaway.
