★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es pequeño y las habitaciones muy modestas, lo que si es muy preocupante, desagradable y denota falta de higiene o mantenimiento es que hay cucarachas, creo es lo principal en lo que deben trabajar ya que eso demuestra muchas carencias

El personal es muy muy amable. Hay paquetes de masajes que vale la pena darse el lujo.
No vale la pena pedir el paquete con comida ya que no te llenas con lo que te dan y tienes que comprar algo afuera.
El lugar es limpio pero las instalaciones son viejas, el agua caliente a veces no sale, la alberca está descuidada y el golfito no sirve.
Por lo demás, pide una recamara de los pisos superiores para que disfrutes la terraza.
It is a small and reasonably priced hotel. Not cheap.
The staff is very very friendly. There are massage packages worth indulging in.
It's not worth asking for the package with food since you don't fill up with what they give you and you have to buy something outside.
The place is clean but the facilities are old, the hot water sometimes does not come out, the pool is neglected and the golfito does not work.
For the rest, ask for a bedroom on the upper floors so you can enjoy the terrace.

Por lo demás, muy bien, excelente el servicio del comedor, con alimentos bien presentados, variados y de gran sazón. El temazcal, excelente, para un gran momento de relajación. Insisto, hay que renovar colchones para que sea completo el descanso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es muy buena pero el hotel requiere mantenimiento, entiendo que por la pandemia todo disminuyó y es comprensible que apenas se están reactivando, el agua de la alberca está templada.
El la recepción la señorita es muy amable y el señor que te ayuda con el equipaje es muy respetuoso además de ser una persona grande que aportar a qué la estancia sea agradable.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, baño sencillo lo único es que me falló el internet pero a mí parecer no es necesario ya que es un hotel para descansar y olvidarte de todo.
En el comedor me agrado el desayuno más sin en cambio les falta agregar más cosas al menú.
Pero lo que más les recomiendo es el spa y el temazcal es lo más delicioso la atención es muy buena y te hacen sentir especial ? ( felicidades a las chicas que nos atendieron).
Hay cosas que le faltan al hotel es por eso que si eres fanático del internet y no puedes vivir sin estar en el teléfono, mejor busca otra opción y no es por qué no tengan internet...más bien es por qué no cuentan con conexiones en las albercas, comedor, spa que son las áreas principales, solo en las habitaciones.
En lo personal me agrado el lugar.
The location is very good but the hotel requires maintenance, I understand that due to the pandemic everything has decreased and it is understandable that they are barely being reactivated, the water in the pool is warm.
The reception lady is very friendly and the man who helps you with the luggage is very respectful as well as being a great person who contributes to making the stay pleasant.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, a simple bathroom, the only thing is that the internet failed me, but in my opinion it is not necessary since it is a hotel to rest and forget about everything.
In the dining room, I liked breakfast more, but instead they need to add more things to the menu.
But what I recommend the most is the spa and the temazcal is the most delicious, the attention is very good and they make you feel special ? (congratulations to the girls who attended us).
There are things that the hotel lacks, that is why if you are a fan of the internet and cannot live without being on the phone, you better look for another option and it is not because they do not have internet... rather it is because they do not have connections in the pools, dining room, spa which are the main areas, only in the rooms.
Personally, I like the place.
