★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado muy amable muy accesible pero los empleados no tanto si asé falta algo en la abitacion te disen que lo llevan un nunca llegan y el agua caliente tienes que estar pidiendola pa el a qué te abran g rifo
The manager is very friendly, very accessible but the employees are not so much if something is missing in the room, they tell you that they take it and they never arrive and you have to be asking for hot water for what they open up to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no atienden de noche y no avisan que hay horario de llegada. A las 12am nos dejaron afuera y tuvimos que buscar otra opción. Al día siguiente regresamos a recoger nuestras cosas y muy prepotentes no querían reembolsar después de que nos dejaron sin lugar donde llegar.
Terrible service, they do not attend at night and they do not notify that there is an arrival time. At 12am they let us out and we had to find another option. The next day we returned to collect our things and very pushy they did not want to refund after they left us with no place to go.
