★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es acogedor... Pero la atención del personal de este hotel es totalmente... Nefasta! Son muy prepotentes, eso no me dejó nada satisfecho, esperaba más por ser un hotel céntrico.
La limpieza de la alberca es pésima... Estaba totalmente sucia, verde amarillenta...
En resumidas cuentas, sugiero al gerente o dueño del lugar capacitar al personal para tratar bien a los paseantes, noté que esa actitud era solo con los foráneos " chilangos"... A la gente local le hablaban con amabilidad, les llevaban sus cosas a la habitación y eran sumamente amables.
Conmigo y mi familia, pfff parecía que nos hacían el favor de atendernos.
Soy de Naucalpan, esperaba un mejor trato!.
The place is cozy... But the attention of the staff of this hotel is totally... Disastrous! They are very arrogant, that did not leave me satisfied at all, I expected more for being a central hotel.
The cleanliness of the pool is terrible... It was totally dirty, yellowish green...
In short, I suggest the manager or owner of the place train the staff to treat passers-by well, I noticed that this attitude was only with the foreigners "chilangos"... They spoke kindly to the local people, they took their things to the room and they were extremely friendly.
With me and my family, pfff it seemed that they were doing us the favor of serving us.
I'm from Naucalpan, I expected a better deal!
