★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación excelente. En el corazón de Cardel. La habitación no le servía el aire acondicionado, encendía cuando quería pero en lugar de echar aire frío, solo echaba polvo. Tuvimos que dormir con el ventanal abierto. El baño se le filtraba el agua de la base del retrete. Terminaba de bañarme y el agua caliente nunca salía.
 The excellent location. In the heart of Cardel. The room did not serve the air conditioning, he turned on when he wanted but instead of blowing cold air, he only blew dust. We had to sleep with the window open. The bathroom was leaking water from the base of the toilet. I finished bathing and the hot water never came out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algo caro, no es muy bonito el hotel pero tiene lo necesario para descansar, aire acondicionado, facturan, tienen estacionamiento a la vuelta, las camas no son tan cómodas pero sirven, al personal le falta amabilidad y tienen agua caliente.
Something expensive, the hotel is not very nice but it has what you need to rest, air conditioning, they bill, they have parking around the corner, the beds are not so comfortable but they work, the staff lacks kindness and they have hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de recepción. Nada amables. No garantizan la seguridad de tu vehículo. No limpian las habitaciones diario. Sólo por ser céntrico y ser el único hotel con restaurante.
Bad reception service. Nothing friendly. They do not guarantee the safety of your vehicle. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Just for being central and being the only hotel with a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant two days in a row. Cardel isn't spoiled with choices and most places seemed empty which made us worry about freshness, quality of food. The food in the restaurant is average, ok. Price, value seemed ok. Service was attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad hotel, much past its prime. Elevator broken, A/C worked but very noisy, bathroom floor would flood when taking a shower. Toilet back-up and over flowed. They recently painted the bathroom but left the masking tape up. Very firm beds, hotel staff tried but were overwhelmed. One wall light not working in room, and only had one hanger in the closet.
