Hotel viejo, le falta mucho mantenimiento, las puertas de los cuartos están muy duras para abrir, fugas de agua en todos los pisos.
La comida, ahora si que pan con lo mismo, diario lo mismo, y muy poca variedad, algunas cosas ya estaban pasadas o por el mismo calor se hecha a perder rápido
Alberca sucia por lo mismo es resbalosa, se ve en la mañana como flota en la orillas lo sucio, el agua fria, se calienta hasta las 17 hrs aproximadamente y a las 19 hrs para fuera
El personal está contaminado con el mal ambiente que existe laboralmente, se nota, y por ende lo transmiten al cliente, mismo personal del hotel dicen que es la mala administración.
las fotos que se muestran no son cómo está actualmente, yo no regreso a ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no se por donde iniciar hay cosas buena y malas . bueno va, Lo primero a las habitaciones si que están como hace 25 años que conocí este maravilloso hotel no les han echo nada por lo tanto carecen de mantenimiento la falta de agua caliente en las regadera , el acceso principal a la habitación puertas caídas y la chapa se atoran , en el sanitario tener que serrar manualmente la llave de paso de agua porque sino todo el tiempo se tira el agua , el telefono solo esta de vista porque no funciona , los herrajes de servicio toalleros etc. oxidados ,el aire acondicionado mucho ruido y poco enfrían. y si quieres usar la caja de seguridad tienes que pagar un extra para que te den el candado de seguridad esto es una parte. y por comentarios de los mismos trabajadores me recomendaron no dejar nada de VALOR EN EL CUARTO PORQUE SE LO ROBAN QUIEN ??? ello me dicen que los jefes y les echan la bronca a los de abajo ¡¡
( va lo bueno ) la atención del personal de restauran, snak, bar, y los animadores es bueno y muy conforme es ese aspecto y servicio
LASTIMA QUE UN HOTEL DE ESE NIVEL ESTE ASI que pena dar un comentario de este tipo espero y cambie por el bien de este paraíso
I really don't know where to start there are good and bad things. They tell me that the bosses and they throw the anger at those below!
(the good thing goes) the attention of the restaurant staff, snak, bar, and the entertainers is good and very compliant is that aspect and service
LASTLY THAT A HOTEL OF THAT LEVEL IS SO worth giving a comment of this kind I hope and change for the sake of this paradise
