D	Debbie Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Jaime's at Hotel Blue Reef for 4-5 hours while docked at Costa Maya on our cruise. The cost was approximately $100, which included all the food (which was good) and drink we wanted. The beach should probably be rated a 3. What made it a success for us was Juan. He seemed to just know when we needed something and appeared. Juan was a 5!

I sent an email and the owner was super nice and responded back quickly. For around $52 a person, myself and 6 cruise mates had all you can eat and drinks. The food was fresh and delicious, the drinks were large and really good. They even offer us with kayaks for free! Recommend you come here if you just want to relax in Costa Maya. Also, the hostesses Juan and Digby were super nice and hilarious. I definitely would go back on my future cruise. It is a $4 per person taxi drive to the location from Port.
B	Brant Preas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaime, and all of his people are amazing. From email communication to the in-person service. Juan and Digby were amazingly warm and welcoming. Alejondre our bartender made fantastic drinks. The area was quiet and relaxing, the menu was diverse. Food was fresh and tasty. They have massage therapists, a roof top infinity pool, showers. Even the vendors who traverse the area(if you ever travel to tropical destinations you know what I mean) were respectful while still trying to earn their living. Everything was so great, we hated leaving. They really go above and beyond even the taxi service that they use offered great service, and they called back to Jaime's to let them know we had arrived safely. We will definitely be back.
P	Paul Gull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say the staff was great. Juan was really nice and welcoming. The ocean was not on their side though. Dead fish and worms everywhere in the water. I now that's not their fault but the other option of the pool was in bad shape. Not full, dirty, and lots of missing and broken tiles. My son cut his foot on the broken tiles. So we decided to leave early. Bummer.

The staff was extremely accommodatingaking sure we had the drinks we wanted and lunch and snacks at our beach chairs. The view from the top of the roof where the pool was located was breathtaking! Beautiful staff, lots of friendly neighborhood dogs. The swimming area had to be separated due to sea grass but the water was clear and warm. We had a wonderful time.

Authentic Mexican. They clean up the beach area really well and the chairs are comfy. There was plenty of shade. It's a $4 per person cab ride. The cabbies will try to take you to their friends place, tell them you have reservations and are meeting your friends at Blue Reef. Great views on the beach. We will be back.

We had food, drinks, and a great spot on the beach. If you are looking for a spot where you can just relax and get waited on, check out Jamie's. My wife and daughter ended the day with a massage on the beach, which I was told was awesome. Juan even walked us to the taxi when it was time for us to get back to the ship. Top notch service. I would highly recommend.
