Pero la alberca no está desinfectada y salen ronchas

limpio, sin agua caliente en la regadera,
la regadera es mala,
la televisión PÉSIMA no existen canales,
Wi-fi regular.
La comida muy estándar.
La Atención del personal PÉSIMA.
La Alberca pequeña, sucia y sin mantenimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bonito el lugar me hospede con mi familia este sábado 28 y domingo 29 de mayo, la verdad nos quedamos ahí por qué se supone es un hotel de lujo, pero nos trataron como si nos regalaran las habitaciones, el policía muy déspota, la empleada de la noche grosera a más no poder, en la habitación solamente nos dejaron 2 toallas de mano para secarnos y cuando mi esposo bajo a pedir unas toallas decentes, la chica de la recepción dijo que no podía prestarnos nada, le doy únicamente 2 estrellas por qué sus costos elevados no lo valen la recamara junior pequeñísima y todo amontonado, las albercas muy pequeñas y sucias, sin contar el agua clorada y sus pastillas de cloro flotando en el agua, el elevador descompuesto, el servicio de comedor hasta las 5,
hoy lunes nos fuimos a hospedar en el Holiday un poco más lejos y pagando un poco más recibes mejor trato y no como los de este hotel donde parecía que les pedimos chichi, como si hubiera si do gratis ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel con bonitas instalaciones, servicio del personal fue muy bueno, cuentan con restaurante, y la comida me pareció deliciosa. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente de la habitación.
Está muy cerca de la playa.
El único detalle fue que la alberca está pequeña,pero de ahí fuera todo bien.
It is a hotel with nice facilities, staff service was very good, they have a restaurant, and the food seemed delicious. We had no problem with the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel nuevo y bastante bonito. Los dueños y el personal (que todos son familia) son bastante amables, acogedores, y cuando teníamos alguna situación ellos estuvieron siempre al pendiente.
Tienen servicio de transporte en auto o camionetas y te mueven al pueblo y de regreso, cobran lo mismo que los taxis pero se me hace un plus bastante bueno para el hotel.
Los cuartos están muy bonitos, muy limpios y aunque no tienes la playa saliendo del hotel, está a menos de 100m y es una excelente opción para hospedarse
It is a new and quite nice hotel. The owners and staff (who are all family) are quite friendly, welcoming, and when we had a situation they were always on the lookout.
They have transport service by car or vans and they move you to town and back, they charge the same as taxis but it makes me a pretty good plus for the hotel.
The rooms are very nice, very clean and although you do not have the beach outside the hotel, it is less than 100m away and it is an excellent option to stay
