★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time taking a Vacation and I must say I had a pretty awesome time at this resort. Front Office Edilberto this guy is freaking amazing, the customer service has been second to none. Thank you for great time Edilberto.
The food that they served at breakfast was not so good at all, we had to go to the Mall and get Kjc and McDonald's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very nice. It’s close to everything you need and the price is very affordable.
The room we got has lots of space, and the bathroom is perfect.
We use to stay at Hotel Krystal close by, but they are over priced and we got a bunch of surprise charges when we checked in.
Hotel Bonanpak is up-front with all charges, and they place is clean, organized, and everyone very helpful.
We def recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms/hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with arrangements of COVID-19 test in order to fly back to the states. Good place to crash before our flight back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location right on main strip, within short walking distance of bull arena, a handful of diverse restaurant options and an active town square day and night. Just a bit farther you can walk a waterfront park to see the hotel zone across the ocean, or venture to any of the parks, several malls and a large flee market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to pick-up a girl who was staying in one of the rooms. We were going for a walk, so I left my heavy stuff in her room to come back later. When I get back to the lobby, the staff treated me like a burglar...staff could definitely be friendlier. The security guard is cool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds were comfy and there is a water jug in the buffet area to fill your bottles whenever you wanted.
The wifi worked most of the time but very intermittent. The hallways were also very echo-y. Everyone coming home late or waking us early you heard. Very tasty coffee but breakfast is only pastries and cereal
