Realice mi reservacion desde el día 16 de Diciembre, por teléfono para un fin de semana del 18 al 20 de Diciembre. Y llego el 18 de dic. y me comentan que la señorita que me atendió por teléfono el dia 16, no dejó indicaciones, no hizo mi reservación y que no tienen ya habitaciones, que coraje ahora estoy sin habitacion para mi y para mis hijos. Lo único malo es que en mis 3 días de estancia no tuvimos agua ni para hacer uso del inodoro, no nos podíamos bañar. Se les notificó varias veces y siempre nos decían que ya venía en camino la pipa de agua y nosotras no tuvimos agua. Estábamos en la habitación 207. Aparte la televisión tampoco servía, o sea los canales no se veían solo se veía uno que era el de TLNovelas y que aburrido?. Mucho ojo con eso, el agua es indispensable en las habitaciones.
