G	Georgina Aquino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasamos solo una noche en el hotel. Está muy bien ubicado can la habitación amplia y limpia. Disfrutamos la vista desde nuestro cuarto. Desafortunadamente, rentamos una habitación con jacuzzi pero nunca hubo agua caliente. Lo mismo con la regadera, el agua estaba tibia o fría. Así que, no pudimos disfrutar un servicio que pagamos. Además, a pesar de que prefiero camas firmes o hasta duras, la cama estaba muy dura y, por lo tanto, incómoda. A pesar de que apreciamos la atención del personal, no regresaríamos. We spent only one night at the hotel. It is very well located with the spacious and clean room. We enjoyed the view from our room. Unfortunately we rented a room with a Jacuzzi but there was never any hot water. The same with the shower, the water was warm or cold. So, we were not able to enjoy a service that we paid for. Also, although I prefer firm or even hard beds, the bed was very hard and therefore uncomfortable. Although we appreciate the attention of the staff, we would not return.

Pero buen servicio, todo el personal muy amable, bien la comida del restaurante y su alberca me gustó, pero sí es muy honda y no es recomendable para niños si no saben nadar. Everything was very good, the only detail is that they did not tell us that we had to leave the key for the toilet and the first day they did not clean the room. But good service, all the staff very friendly, the restaurant food was good and I liked its pool, but it is very deep and it is not recommended for children if they do not know how to swim.

La comida es excelente tanto el sabor como el costo de la misma, y la estética del lugar es muy agradable ya que he notado que la remodelación del hotel lo han llevado a un ambiente cómodo y relajante. Without a doubt it is a very nice place, every time I return the employees are still very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent both the taste and the cost of it, and the aesthetics of the place is very pleasant since I have noticed that the remodeling of the hotel has led to a comfortable and relaxing environment.

La atención del personal de recepción muy bueno y nos ayudaron cuando quisimos quedarnos una noche más a pesar de tener casi hotel lleno por temporada alta. El único pero fué en el restaurante ya que no tenían disponible ni jugo ni fruta para el desayuno en paquete el día en que pensábamos desayunar en él. Por lo demás excelente atención. Esperamos regresar pronto. We have just returned from staying at this hotel and everything was really good. Close to the center, with spacious and very clean rooms. The attention of the reception staff was very good and they helped us when we wanted to stay one more night despite having the hotel almost full due to high season. The only but was in the restaurant since they did not have juice or fruit available for breakfast in a package the day we planned to have breakfast there. Otherwise excellent service. We hope to return soon.
