When you arrive you realize that the place is in bad shape. Nothing to do with the photos. 2. The charge vs. what they offer is very high. We pay about 2,000 pesos per night for a room, without TV, without air conditioning. The bedrooms are all in poor condition. (I clarify it was high season) even with that, it is still very expensive for the room in poor condition. If they charge 900 they would be in the price. 3. Hydraulic system, we juggled with the shower, if I opened the cold to regulate the hot that was boiling, it would turn off. You had to go out to the boiler to regulate the heat. We run out of water, and the water is not by hydro, so you bathe with a small jet of water. (I saw previous comments on this too so I guess if they know the owners just decide not to). 4. The place is expensive in every way, although the food is good, it takes 20 min for each item. Take advantage when you see them and ask for everything. To visit this place take into account that the neighboring places, many ... look very similar with misleading advertising and in poor condition, this is because there are many places, and although there are some that look special for this, all the town of has dedicated to doing commerce here. Check the reviews well, pay attention to those under 3. And I think they will have a better experience.

It is a very nice hotel, with a small restaurant-bar, it has a beautiful view of the San Antonio dam and is five minutes from the Basaltic Prisms. It lacks the internet service in the rooms and there is no television. But offline, one has a super good time. The service of all the staff and the owner excellent !!!

Although the people are very friendly the service is bad. The facilities give much to be desired a constant problem with water in the rooms. The food is so good. If you have a problem with dogs, do not come because they have a lot and if you want to bring your dog, they are welcome. They do not accept credit card 5% they charge you extra if you pay by card. Basically very expensive for what they offer and not as beautiful as it appears in the photos.

Very rustic and above all it lacks a lot of attention the very friendly host but with smiles problems are not solved but with systems, methods and processes, someday it will improve.

There is no television in the rooms but it is compensated by the many activities close to the hotel and by the movies shown in the evenings. We hired the romantic dinner and the taste of the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant, it was totally worth the cost. The included breakfast was made from fresh ingredients and the taste was good too. My only bad point is that the towels in my room looked faded. From there on out it was an excellent experience.
