It is a very beautiful place, the attention is excellent. The perfect place to spend a quiet and relaxed weekend with the family. The restaurant service is very good, quality food and delicious. They comply with the anti COVID protocol. A respite after so much confinement.

At first everything is fine, but they do not respect prices and want to increase them. During our stay they never warned that they charged uncorking for introducing drinks and food and obviously it was something that was charged until the last day of our stay. The restaurant is very expensive and they do not serve enough for the price you are paying. Very slow service and they charged the entrance of a 7 year old which clearly should not be charged. POOR SERVICE AND BENEFITED PEOPLE.

Highly recommended if you want to spend a quiet, comfortable and very private weekend.

Nice place to spend some time with family. The drawback for me was that they do not accept pets, having ample space.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and had a great time. The food was delicious, breakfast the same. The service was very attentive and helpful. It is very close to the stakes. I don't give them five stars only because of the access, from the road to the hotel it is a bit ugly (On both sides that Google Maps marks)

On this occasion I will start by saying that the place in general is nice, but honestly I have to stay and it is not a place that I dare to recommend and I do not know if I would return. I clarify, they did not treat me badly but I expected more. To begin with, I made a reservation for a date and for reasons related to the hotel I had to change it, which changed the game for me. Second, the area where it is located is somewhat removed from everything (it is not bad if you are looking to escape the routine) so much so that there in the hotel it fails or the Telcel signal is lost (I don't know about other networks) this in case itself is already an inconvenience, at least for me. To continue, it is promoted as a hotel with breakfast included and at this point it must be recognized that although the breakfast is modest, it is good, so far everything is fine, the a la carte prices seem reasonable to me and there is no complaint about it but when I settle my account on the day From my departure I found out that three suadero tacos (by the way rich) are $180, someone could say it's your fault for not asking, but it's not consistent. But the straw that broke the camel's back is that at night the power went out and I never came back (not even when I left) and with it the problems that this entails, that although it is not the fault of the hotel, it is very unfortunate that have a backup plan because as far as I know, it is not the first time and it is becoming more common for it to happen and for a hotel of that price it is not something that can be overlooked. And obviously no internet (if you had to work forget it), no light in the rooms (use the flashlight on your cell phone), no water in the bathrooms (because there is no pump). Overall, it was not a pleasant night because the air conditioning did not work and the heat does not allow you to sleep. I clarify that I do not complain about having to carry the water from the corridor to use the toilet or having to find which bathroom still had water, but the air conditioning thing was terrible. If I could have, I would have left the hotel but it was already late at night and that was not an option. I would have thought that for that incident the management would have considered some compensation but it was not given. In favor of the hotel I will say that the beds are very comfortable, the hotel in general very clean, the staff attentive, the pool clean and with a good temperature, the place is small (only 8 rooms) and the parking lot is ample.
