★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué lugar mas espectacular , fue mi primera visita y no sabía qué lo necesitaba hasta probarlo !! ? Después de la bienvenida nos pasaron a los vestidores ,muy limpios,antes del sauna. Después seguimos al baño turco, preparatorio a una hora de masaje antiestres y revitalizante!! Siguente fue media hora de jacuzzi disfrutando de bebidas y unos platillos del menú realmente delicioso........ aún qué todo eso nos preparó para el siguiente paso: una comida riquísima en el restaurante!! Volveremos ♥️
 What a spectacular place, it was my first visit and I didn't know what I needed until I tried it! ? After the welcome we were taken to the changing rooms, very clean, before the sauna. Then we continue to the Turkish bath, preparatory to an hour of anti-stress and revitalizing massage! Next was half an hour in the Jacuzzi enjoying drinks and some really delicious menu items... even though all of that prepared us for the next step: a delicious meal at the restaurant!! We'll be back ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here 2 times now and I have been impressed both times. The customer service is top notch. This is the only place ill stay when visiting Calvillo. All receptionists are extremely sweet and very professional. The hotel has a very warm feeling very cean and elegant both down to earth feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get a reservation since October 2020. I have called and the phones are always busy no one ever answers. I have also emailed and nobody has replied to my emails. It looks like a nice place but the service is the worst.
